3/4 shifts per week alternating (incl Evenings and Weekends)






We are looking for support workers who will enable people with disabilities, challenging behaviour, mental health issues and associated needs to maintain a high quality of life.

We are looking for support workers who will support service users in their daily living skills and also develop healthy relationships with other service users, families, friends, other staff and professionals.

We are looking for support workers who are willing to work as part of a team to provide personal care and support to individuals.

As one of our support workers you will be required to promote independence and encourage individuals to realise their own potentials. Experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided including NVQs. All CPI Staff complete NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Care. You will also be given the opportunity to continue training up to a QCF Level 5. Staff attend courses on a regular basis including, Risk Assessment, Manual Handling, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, P.O.V.A, Medication & Administration and more of which is delivered through both in-house and out of house training. Our organisation does not use an outside agency:

Salary: £7.59 per hour
