Andrew Chess – Registered Manager

CPI Care Andrew

Andrew has worked within a learning disability sector since 1989, where he has worked in a wide range of services. Andrew has helped develop new services for CPI Care, where he has been Registered Manager since 2007. Andrew’s qualifications include QCF level 5 in management, NVQ level 4 Registered Manager Award, NVQ level 3 in promoting independence, NVQ Level 3 in Occupational health and safety and is registered with the Care Council of Wales. Andrew also has gained a diploma in Management and Leadership.


Jade Howells – Operations Manager

CPI Care Jade Morgan

Jade has worked within CPI Care since 2007 where she began as a support worker within the organisation’s day centre. Jade then became a Senior support worker before being appointed as Service Leader. Jade has experience of running 3 supported living homes and has built a strong rapport with families and service users. Jade is now an Area Manager and has a keen interest in Quality Assurance. She holds many qualifications in Health and Social Care, including QCF Level 5 Management within Care. Jade aims to promote the highest standards of care delivery to our service users which is individually tailored to the individual.

Christopher Lake – Area Manager

Chris has worked for CPI Care for the last 5 years. Chris has a total of 15 years’ experience of supporting adults with Learning, Physical and Behavioural needs. During his career Chris has achieved NVQ 3 in promoting independence, NVQ 4 in Management and most recently QCF 5 in Health and Social Care. Chris is also currently registered with the Care Council of Wales. Prior to taking up the role of Area Manager Chris was the Registered Manager of CPI’S respite service in Newport. Chris is passionate about quality of care and is an advocate of using a person centred approach which empowers the people we support to be the best that they can be.

Tina Morgan – Area Manager

Tina joined CPI care in 2016 as a service leader and progressed within her role to area manager. Tina has worked within a learning disability sector since 1995, where she has worked in a wide range of services, Tina ‘s qualifications include QCF level 5 in management, NVQ level 4 Registered Manager Award, NVQ level 3 in promoting independence. Tina  has strong beliefs in supporting individuals to maximise independent living skills, and to provide a high standard of service.

Gina Bevan  – Support Manager

Gina has worked within the care industry for over 14 years. Gina has worked at CPI Care for the past 7 years. She has successfully lead a team to providing a service that promotes independence and has lead several service users to become capable enough to move out of the support care environment and live independently on their own. Gina has worked her way through the Health and Social Care industry and has gained her Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship In Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Adults Management)

Kayleigh Goode – Support Manager

Kayleigh  started as a carer supporting adults with learning disabilities, my passion for care and promoting independence was apparent and I progressed to management, I have over five years managerial experience. Kayleigh is now a Support Manager for CPI Care, and works closely with Area Managers overseeing services, Kayleigh using a person-centred approach in order for service users to reach their full potential whilst promoting their independence and general wellbeing. I believe every individual should have the opportunity to live life to the fullest.

Kayleigh’s qualifications include NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social care Services.


Steven Dyton-Thomas – Finance Director

CPI Care Steven Thomas

Steven’s career in finance spans over 15 years and he has worked in the public, private and charity sectors. Working in a number of industries such as manufacturing, training, recruitment, charity and local government, he has picked up a wealth of experience along the way and brings these skills to the Healthcare industry. As Head of Finance, Steven oversees all aspects of funding, accounting, tax and service user finances for the company and ensures financial compliance at all times, Steven is a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and an AAT Licensed Accountant. In his spare time he volunteers as Treasurer for the South Wales branch of the AAT.


Ruth Cross – Finance Assistant

CPI Care Ruth Cross

With a career in Administration and Finance spanning over 20 years, Ruth brings a wealth of skills to the company. Having worked within the Healthcare industry for over 5 years, she has called on the experience to adapt new processes and systems within the finance department of our company. With an analytical eye for detail, Ruth’s main role is to oversee the service user’s income and expenditure and to liaise with the company Area Managers to ensure service user finance is not mis-handled.


Michele Thompson – Social Worker Assistant

CPI Care Michele Thompson

Michele has worked in the care sector for 8 years. She has experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities in the community, in their own homes and within supported living. Michele worked as a learning disability social work assistant for almost seven years for a local authority before joining CPI Care. Michele strives to ensure that adults with learning disabilities have the opportunity to live full and rewarding lives as part of their communities whilst having their care needs met appropriately.
